Hi guys.... Hari ini kami kembali membuat Toast Bread. Dengan recipe: flour 2kg yeast 50gr bread improver  20gr salt 40gr fresh milk 1L milk powder 100gr egg wash 100gr butter 200 gr sugar 180 gr dengan step pembuatan 1. Campurkan semua bahan kering usahakan tidak memasukkan yeast bersamaan dengan salt karena jika bersamaan maka yeast/ragi akan mati dan tidak berfungsi. 2. Masukkan butter tetap pada mixing dough yang masih berjalan dengan kecepatan 2, masukkan egg wash (putih telur) dan masukkan fresh milk secara perlahan dan mix well. 3. Setelah adonan tercampur rata dan kalis, pindah kan ke marble table dan knociking back untuk membulatlannya, setelah itu portion kedalam 600gr dan rolling pin dan gulung dengan rapat agar tidak ada udara yang masuk saat di proofing machine. 4. Masukkan kedalam oven dengan 180°C selama 40 menit Setelah itu kami kembali memberi makan 'anak kami' dengan percampuran adonan yang sama ya itu 1:1
